English Career Proposal:

I wish to write my career research paper on running and owning a restaurant business. This is what I am going for, as far as my college degree is concerned. I have been working in restaurants for almost a decade and have accepted that it is what I was meant to do. I know most of the business in and out, and I know that I want to run my own kitchen one day. This will be a fine topic, because there is plenty of conflict, confusion, strife, and aggravation that is present in owning or running a restaurant establishment.
